You Are Not Too Much

The Inner Work of Being Fully Seen

You Are Not Too Much: The Inner Work of Becoming Fully Seen is a guide for those who have been told they are too sensitive, too emotional, too intense. It’s not about fixing yourself. It’s about reclaiming the parts of you the world asked you to hide.

This is a manifesto for anyone exhausted by performing connection and ready to live it. With clarity, gentleness, and hard-won wisdom, You Are Not Too Much invites you back into wholeness, showing you how to honor your depth, embrace your vulnerability, and stop negotiating your worth.

This is not a book about becoming more acceptable.
It’s a book about becoming fully seen.

Why I Wrote

You Are Not Too Much

I wrote You Are Not Too Much because I lived it.
Because I know what it feels like to apologize for needing too much, feeling too much, being too much.

I wrote it for those who have silenced their truth to be loved, who have dimmed their light to be accepted, who have mistaken shrinking for safety.

This book is the offering I wish I had when I first realized that performing wasn’t the same as belonging.
It’s a companion for anyone ready to stop disappearing—and ready to live undimmed.

What’s Next?

This book is the beginning of a conversation about depth, wholeness, and visibility.
The journey continues with new work focused on deeper emotional excavation and connection, including The Science of Letting Go and The Fire That Consumes Nothing.

I am also creating workshops, guided courses, and live conversations to support those ready to stop shrinking and start living from the center of their truth.
